Unnecessary colon in s3_url

When using the default port in either ssl or non-ssl mode, an orphaned colon is added to the end of the hostname of s3_url (public_filename). For example
>> d = Document.find(:first)
=> ...
>> d.s3_url
=> "http://s3.amazonaws.com:/bucket/documents/6/somedoc.pdf"
The attached diff fixes this minor issue.
