CSV files cannot be uploaded with Safari

Safari 3.x doesn't pass content_type for CSV (and perhaps certain other types of files?)... I think this is something attachment_fu should deal with so I don't have to code a fix into the model on every project I work on that does data imports from CSV files.
I've fixed this in my repository as follows:
